The information contained in our courses, both in our online courses as well as in our face-to-face courses through texts, audio, videos, does not try to replace any diagnosis, examination or medical treatment, nor does it perform any type of spinal manipulation, nor does it induce professional meddling in the field of official medicine. For any health problem, both physical and psychological, each person should consult with the appropriate health professional. All massage techniques taught in our courses are intended to be performed on healthy and uninjured people.
ON ® and its trainers are excluded from any liability that the user may incur or perform inappropriately the techniques described in our courses.
Although our courses do not include any sexual content, they are designed and directed to people of legal age.
Rights of use
The use of images, video clips and other material and content contained in our courses is personal and non-transferable to you and will be exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Any other use such as transmission to third parties by any means, copy, profit, reproduction, editing or modification, will be prosecuted and punished by the respective copyright holder.
In case of doubt, when you purchase our courses you understand and agree that: it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publish, transmit, broadcast, or in any way exploit any part of the contents without the prior written permission of ON or the respective owners.

Policy and conditions of sales of classroom courses
The user must register for the course or event interested through Bizum or Paypal, where you can do it through your Paypal account or with your credit and debit card.
The user will not be formally enrolled in the course until he/she has completed the registration and payment of the course reservation. Once this has been done, your registration will be confirmed. The remaining amount of the course fee will be paid by cash or credit card before the course starts.
If the user does not show up on the starting day of the course or reserved event, he/she will lose the reservation and will not be entitled to a refund.
ON reserves the right to refuse admission to courses to people who, according to its criteria, the training is not aimed at.
By enrolling in our classroom courses you accept the rules of use and basic hygiene of users for the benefit of all.
The techniques we teach are exclusively for relaxation, they do not replace or exclude any medical care or treatment that should always be prescribed by a health professional. ON reserves the right to refuse admission to those who present any injury or illness that in our opinion may be a contraindication to receive massage, also to anyone who violates the fundamental rights of workers and / or customers of the center, as well as those who manifest violent attitudes or are in a state of drunkenness.
Required age: These trainings are exclusively for adults.
Health conditions: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your massage when you make your reservation. Our courses are intended for healthy and uninjured people. ON will not be responsible if during the practice in the development of the course the user suffers at any time of any ailment or injury, since being a practical training is something that, although unlikely, can not be ruled out.
Pregnancy: Please, if you are or think you are pregnant, you must inform us of your condition. As a general rule, it is not recommended to perform body massages during the first three months of pregnancy.
Cell phone: During our courses the use of cell phones is not allowed, so please silence your cell phone or put it on airplane mode before entering your training. Your colleagues will thank you for it.
ON reserves the right to modify these prices at any time.
Punctuality: We kindly ask you to arrive at your training 15 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure we start the course at the agreed time.

Refund Policy
The user is entitled to a refund of the registration fee under the following terms and conditions:
Cancellations by the student must be informed in writing by sending an email to info@enciendeturelacion.com. Cancellations informed by any other means will not be accepted. The email must contain all the details of the registration, including: Course location, name and surname of the student, date of registration and reservation, method of payment and contact details.
Refund rates are as follows:
For cancellations received up to 10 calendar days prior to the start of the course, 50% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation will be refunded.
Cancellations received less than 10 calendar days prior to the start of the course will not be entitled to any refund.
Refunds will be made by electronic transfer to the name of the person who made the cancellation, within a maximum period of 10 calendar days after the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation of the course by the student once the course has started, no refund will be made.
Cancellation Policy
ON ® reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event/course if there are not enough people registered, or if the trainers, for justified major cause, are unable to attend. In such cases, payments received for registrations will be fully refunded without the express possibility of any other type of compensation.

The methodology of the courses are developed in the Online training platform of “On enciendeturelación”. Each training has been designed so that the student understands and learns the massage techniques through the material provided in the course, and the student can connect to the Online training platform from anywhere with an internet connection. The teaching method is based on a combination of videos and texts (if any) created exclusively by the author ON, plus a tutorial support via email to answer questions and resolve doubts of students.
The massage techniques we teach in our courses are exclusively for relaxation, they do not replace or exclude any medical care or treatment that should always be prescribed by a health professional.

Availability
Our courses will be, except in case of error, always available for you in the private area of our website.
Method of payment
Payments will be made through Bizum (only payments for Spain) or Paypal, where you can do it from any country in the world through your Paypal account or with your credit and debit card.
Sending

Refunds and cancellation policy
Pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the TRLGDCU (revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the consumer and user shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product during a period of 14 calendar days without stating the reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 103.
By application of art. 103 of the TRLGDCU (revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) is excluded from the right of withdrawal “the supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the execution or viewing of such content has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge on his part that consequently loses its right of withdrawal.
Therefore, based on Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, we inform the student, consumer and user that once you have accessed the content of any of our online courses and from the moment you have done so, you agree to expressly waive your right of withdrawal. This means that once sent to the student and user all the information, texts, ebooks, downloadable premium cards, as well as access to the training platform with consequent access to all course content, no refunds will be made.
Consumers or users of our services who wish to make use of their right of withdrawal, if applicable, must download the following withdrawal form, fill it in with all the information requested and send it scanned by e-mail to info@enciendeturelacion.com.
